Privacy policy

Information on the processing of personal data under the GDPR.

The German version of this page is legally binding. This English text is provided for convenience only.

1. Controller

The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:

mQorva UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Moselstraße 2
16356 Ahrensfelde
Germany

Represented by the managing director: Ronny Schulz
Email: info@mqorva.de

2. Hosting and access data (server log files)

This website is hosted on our own infrastructure in Germany. When you access the website, our web server (nginx) automatically collects and stores technical access data transmitted by your browser:

  • IP address
  • date and time of the request
  • requested URL and referrer
  • user agent (browser, operating system)
  • HTTP status code

These access logs are used for technical security, error analysis, and abuse prevention. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a stable and secure website operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The logs are retained only briefly and are then deleted automatically.

3. No cookies, no tracking, no analytics

This website uses no cookies, no tracking, and no analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics or comparable tools). No usage profiles are created.

4. Contact form

When you contact us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, message) solely to handle your request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (processing required for a possible pre-contractual measure).

The message is delivered by email to info@mqorva.de. To send and receive that email we use the mail server of our email provider, which acts as a processor on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR. Beyond that, we do not share your data with third parties.

In addition, we store the request in the database of our own website server so that it is not lost if email delivery fails. Only the website administrator has access to it.

To protect against automated abuse we limit the number of submissions per IP address. The IP address is held only transiently in memory for that purpose and is not stored permanently. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Your data is deleted once your request has been fully handled and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Your rights as a data subject

Subject to the applicable statutory requirements, you have the following rights:

  • right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

To exercise these rights, an informal message to info@mqorva.de is sufficient.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is:

Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg
Stahnsdorfer Damm 77
14532 Kleinmachnow, Germany

6. Changes to this privacy policy

We update this privacy policy whenever our data processing or the applicable legal requirements change. The version published on this page at any given time applies.
